music can play a huge part in peoples life. it can change peoples moods. it can make us change our views on life.music can change the world, because it can change people -bono
music plays a huge part in a lot of peoples life's, taking the place above family and friends. this is me. music is my biggest past time; if I'm at college in the salon music is on, if I'm in the car music is on, if I'm writing music is on, if I'm walking anywhere music is on, even when I brush my teeth music is playing.
everybody has a different taste in music. some like country, some like techno, some like pop, some like punk. theres so many different types but what you don't see is someone who only listens to one band or artist a lot of people like a bit of everything. I love punk, rap and even some country.
I kinda wanted to tell you about the new and old music iv been loving over the past few weeks.
the first I wanted to tell you about is One Direction's new album Made In The AM. I love this album, I was worried there wasn't going to be any high notes as good as Zayns and I was slightly worried it wasn't going to be as good lyrically. but boy was I wrong! Harry, Louis, Liam and Niall have outdone themselves! truly the songs have never been this catchy or this deep I personally am in love with album my favourite song will always be Diana but the boys have done amazing with this album Love You Goodbye is an amazing song as is End Of The Day I really recommend this album to anyone who hasn't got it yet and the new style the boys have put forth is phenomenal and their voices have matured so much. the one thing I love most about the album is the more solos Louis and Niall have I think their voices are not valued enough so I'm really relieved that the album is as good as I anticipated it to be.
I also wanted to tell you about 5 Seconds Of Summer's new album Sounds Good Feel Good which was released on October 23rd 2015. this was there highly anticipated album after 3 years of making and writing their first album there was only 15 months to write, record and produce a whole new album as well as 6 months away on their first world wide tour Rock Out With Your Socks Out and filming for their DVD How Did We End Up Here which is due to be released on November 20th 2015 (22nd for the UK). however with very little time they released the album. describing this album as "more personal" than the first. I'm a huge 5SOS fan so this is obvious I love it! as someone who would buy anything with their name on it I not surprised with how amazing it is but I am with how personal it is, drummer Ashton Irwin said during in an interview about the album when asked why did the band want the album so personal "self-harm, there's depression, there's anxiety. amongst everyone in our society these days and we shouldn't skip over it" however the album isn't all doom and gloom songs like Money, Permeant Vacation, Shes Kinda Hot and Hey Everybody not only are they dance songs and really catchy but some have a meaning behind them that's not seen much in the pop industry. songs like broken home and invisible have really deep meanings behind them. this new style the boys have mashed together is very cool and appealing to any new listeners. I think the thing I love about this album all of the boys Ashton, Luke, Michael and Calum have equal times to show their talents and their voices.
recently iv been going back to an old song, much like iv done for years iv known songs without knowing the artist but iv finally got it! iv been addicted to The All-American Rejects I remember my brother and parents playing them when I was younger but I never knew the band now I do iv had Gives You Hell on repeat this is such a kick ass song when your angry and when you want to take out some frustration this is perfect way to do so!
another song that's been on repeat is Victorious by Panic! At The Disco this song is a grate feel good song if you need a bit of empowerment I recommend this it makes me feel invincible when listening to it and another song by Panic! At The Disco is Emperors New Clothes this is a grate follow up of gospel and once again it gives me so much power and makes me feel a bit strong and almost scary when I'm listening or singing to it, I first watched the video around Halloween and it put me in a scary mood for Halloween so if you want to feel a bit scary
and I cant do a music post without talking about Hello by Adele so I have to say this isn't my favourite song by Adele lyrically its a beautiful song and I can see why people like it but I just cant put my finger on why I don't like it I think its just not the best song she's ever sung in my opinion its not even close I think the video is beautiful and I cant wait for Adeles come back to the music industry I hope she will release more upbeat songs like Rolling In The Deep but Hello is still beautiful I cant say I love it but its not grate I do think its very catchy and vocally I think it will be hard for anyone else to pull off like Problem by Ariana Grande it will only sound right in her voice.
these are the songs/ albums that I'm loving recently
much love see you soon
