valentines day ombre lip

on a bad day,  we always have lipstick

hello friends
so its been a while but iv had a couple of things going on in my personal life that's prevented me from posting however I'm back.
I got this idea from glam and gore and ill link the video so you can watch it because she explains it better than me but his is how I created an ombre lip in all kinds of colours! the best thing about these looks is that all these lipsticks are so cheap the most expensive it £3!

in the video she used white body paint, due to the fact I recently ran out of my body paint I found a way to do it with the nude lipstick that you don't like or use.

the first thing I recommend to use is a colourless lip balm iv used lip bomb by W7 in pink cherry, I like the smell and taste of this so that's why I used it however you can use anything you want

next you need to select your colour

I'm going to do a Barbie pink, candy yum yum by is the perfect Barbie pink however I got my pink from the colour institute from a Christmas box set. to create this look you will need to apply the pink to your lips using a lip liner is optional, but focus the most of the colour on the outer corners of the mouth but still apply all over. then once done get your nude I'm using rimmel Kate nude in the shade 40 running my finger on the end collecting product you can use it striate from the tube but I wouldn't recommend it as with your hands you can control how much you want on your lips I actually used quite a bit focusing it in the centre of your lip and doing the same on the upper lip, also apply in a tapping motion not in a sweeping motion because it will spread the colour in unwanted areas

next look I want to show you is the same as the first colour in the instructions but this is more of a vampy look I would defiantly wear this look if your going to a club or something in that manner but I used makeup revolution 100% vamp all over my lips its a very deep purple but looks black in the tube I also used MUA in barely there

and the final look I want to show you is the perfect look for valentines day with that someone special the colour I applied all over was MUA in shade one and in the middle of the lips is a pink I couldn't find the exact one I have but this is a close colour and its cheaper collection shade pink diva 18
