natural beauty

makeup should never be used to hide yourself it should be used to enhance your natural beauty
Hi friends
Today I want to talk you through the picture below which is day 1 of 14 days of makeup
I chose this look for the first day of 14 days of makeup because I really like to enhance my natural colour. with this look not only enhanced my eyes which are a mix of blue, green and grey but enhanced the red in my hair and the paleness of my skin which we know I really like.

To enhance my eyes I used two shades of brown, a shimmery highlight and one slightly stone brown. I used the W7 In The City eyeshadow palette (for a disclaimer I really like this palette and love the colours however the names for the colours which are on the back of the palette don't describe the colours well so if you have the chance defiantly look for a tester so you can see the colours in person) for the highlight I used 'Wigwam' in the palette which is a light shimmer cream, I really like this for a highlight in my tear-duct and my brow bone.

For the transitional shade I used the first colour in the picture below which was 'Touch' I used this all on my upper lid, bringing it in my crease and blending it out, I did this till I was happy with the shade.

I used a stone brown which is the second colour in the picture below, however on the back of the palette its called 'Autumn' I used this all over my lid, to get a better colour pay-out I would tap the colour along the lid.

Across the outer V of my eye I used a copper/rose gold/ brown. I don't actually know the brand of the colour I used but I would use any colour you can if you want to replicate this look. I also dragged this colour down to the bottom lash-line

To complete this look I finished with waterline eyeliner and mascara however you can add a cat eye if that's what you want to do however I wanted to keep my eyes quite open.

I really like this look however no need to worry, if you don't have the same colour eyes as me, use the colour wheel
if you look for your eye colour say you have dark green eyes look for the colour and use the colour opposite in this case it would be reds and lilacs and light purples. the colour chart will enhance your natural eye colour and skin colour

I hope you liked day 1 of 14 days of makeup if you have anything you want me to cover tweet me @p_a_pblog or to keep up with the looks I post follow my Instagram

much love speak soon
