GOSH Smoky Eyeshadow Palette- Review

In the end, we only regret chances we didn't take.

Hello Friends

Welcome to day 88 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are going about eyeshadow. This is perfect for this time of year. Halloween is tonight and whats a better way to celebrate then a little haul but one thing ill recommend this Halloween is a beautiful smoky eye. This palette is perfect to create the perfect smoky eye. With directions on the packaging its fool proof!

The packaging is so cute i really like how it has directions to create the perfect smoky eye and that can be used with any colours. Pick 4 colours and follow the steps and you have a perfect smoky eye.

I wish they had more colours in this kind of look but sadly they don't if i had to improve one thing i would give them more range of colour.

The first 2 colours have a slight shimmer and the final 2 are matte. To be honest the black is most pigmented with the darker grey slightly behind the black. The white is next in line with pigment but the lightest grey hasn't got a lot of pigment at all.

This palette is only £7.99 which i think is really good and its a drugstore palette meaning its probably going to be in a store close to you.

I also really like wearing these shades on their own, not just in a smoky eye but just on their own.

The shadows are such good quality and smooth to apply not just taking swatches but with a flat and fluffy brush. They are also really easy to blend not just together but with other shadows.

Royal Cosmetics Rose Boudoir Eyeshadow palette- Review

Stars can't shine without darkness

Hey Friends

Welcome to day 87 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking Eyeshadow. All shimmer. Colours to make all of us swoon. From funky colours to dark natural. You can create so many beautiful looks with these shadows. This palette has so many beautiful colours on their own and wet these shadows are grate.

This compact eyeshadow palette is so cute. It has colours from white to purples to golds and browns.
The colours are all super pigmented. I have created so many cool pretty looks with this palette. I created so many looks using this palette and i would recommend this to everyone who loves makeup.

The packaging is so simple but so cute. I really like the fact that i can see all the colours i think it makes me reach for the palette more.

All the colours are shimmers and all quite glittery. The shadows do have quite a lot of fall out but that is only when the product is applied dry, if the product is applied to a damp brush or a brush with MAC fix+ on a brush.
All the shadows are really pigmented and true to the colour that is in the pan.

Essence Long Lasting Velvet Matt Lipstick- Review

No matter how your heart is grieving, if you keep on believing, the dreams that you wish will come true.

Hi Friends

Welcome to day 86 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking lipstick. This is the most comfortable lipstick iv ever owned and its drugstore! The lipstick is so affordable and this is the only thing i brought whist on my trip to Wales with my family. This is one of my most worn lipstick i bought this in June this year and its nearly the end of October and iv almost reached the end of the product.

The lipstick is so affordable the product is £2.29 for the one lipstick which for a drugstore lipstick most of which is around the £4-£7 mark which makes this lipstick one of the most affordable iv tried.

This lipstick is the best lipstick iv ever used. It gives the matt look but feels like a lip balm.

The lipstick has a purple undertone but it is nude. I love this lipstick and its one of my go to lipsticks.

I can't actually find this shade anymore but 06 is really similar to 08.

The packaging is so cute and its quite small and compact which is really nice, to keep in a hand bag or in a clutch. Essence packaging is quite childish but i look past that because all the products Essence does are so high quality. From Lipsticks to eyeshadows to face products to nail varnish. All the products iv tried are really good for the price and for the quality of the products i would look past the child like packaging

The lipstick can seem a little shiny when i first applied it but it does dry down matt.

The lipstick does smell quite bad but its not noticeable unless you smell the product.

The Long Lasting collection has a log of beautiful shades. Essence in general has beautiful shades in every lipstick collection.

Kryolan Lash Adhesive- Review

It takes a grate deal of bravery to stand up to your enemies but a grater deal of bravery to stand up to your friends

Hey Friends

Welcome to day 85 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking lash glue. I have stuck by a few different lash glues one by Eye Candy and the other by a professional makeup brand Kryolan. Today we are talking about they eyelash glue i reach for the most and the eyelash glue i repurchase again and again and again.

This lash adhesive is one of the best iv used. It does come in 2 different types of glue a white clear glue and a black glue. I always use the white glue for no particular reason i just do like the clear glue.

The glue is quite cheap i do believe its only £2 but i am sure its no more than £5.

It is a squeeze tube which i really don't like at all. I really like glues that have wands like the Eye Candy glue. I think that the want would be better, i cant count the times i have over squeezed the tube and its gone all over my lashes.

The glue does have a really strong hold and a long life span.  It keeps my lashes on all day when iv got a long day at college or going out with friends then  i always reach for this glue its like heavy duty glue.

Its never a good idea to get the glue in yours or your clients eyes however some glues can irritate the eye by just being on the eyelid but this has never made mine or my clients eyes hurt after applying it so that's always a good thing especially its a big event like a wedding or a party.

80 Colour Eye shadow Palette- Review

Fairy tales can come true. You gotta make it happen, it all depends on you.

Hey Friends

Welcome to day 84 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about a eyeshadow palette. This is a grate palette for everyone who is starting out with makeup. These shadows are perfect for beginners. I use this palette a lot and i use this palette all the time not just for shadow but for body art and for eyeliner. The palette is has all the colours someone needs for any kind of makeup.

I have linked a similar eyeshadow palette above as this was a gift and its unbranded and its kind of been hard to find the exact one.

This palette has a grate mix of fun bright colours and to beautiful natural colours

I did use this palette when i did my 14 days of makeup blog posts i did used this palette in my Morticia Addams look which is grate for Halloween.

The colours in this palette are perfect for anyone who is starting out.

The palette was a gift last Christmas so i wanted to show you this palette as a gift idea,

This palette has a mixture of shimmer and matte shades, more matte than shimmer. The darker colours are the shimmer colours.

The one thing i think this palette better is if it would have a mirror. This isn't a grate palette for travelling but this isn't something i would take travelling

Sleek Makeup Bronze Block- Review

To laugh at yourself is to love yourself

Hello Friends

Welcome to day 83 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking bronzer. This i bought for my clients and to be honest this is for all my darker skined girls. They do have another one of these in the shade 'light' and there is a big difference between the light and dark so that is something to keep in mind.

To begin i want to start with talking about the packaging. The little box the product comes in is super cute and i really like but the compact is also super cute. The compact is super cute, it is thicker than the other compacts iv got from Sleek. The mirror is super high quality and the compact itself is matte black. Its super cute and the packaging is super mature and 'Sleek'

The bronzers are all matte and so is the blush. The product is actually big for the price. The product is £7.49 and that is for 3 different shades of bronzers and one blush.

The blush is super pigmented so for a natural blush you only need a small amount.

The 3 bronzers are super pigmented but what i do have to say all of the bronzers are orange undertones.

The shade on the upper left hand corner is the lightest of the bronzers. The top right hand corner is a slight bit darker. The bottom left hand corner is quite a bit darker.

The product itself is actually really smooth and easily to build the product. The products as i said is super pigmented. One thing i found is that when applying the product if you want that top left hand bronzer without any of the others then that might be a difficult thing to do depending on what brush you have to apply the bronzer

I use a contour brush in the Real Techniques Core Collection makeup set which by the way if you want a good face set is amazing. The contour brush may not be a good one to get the product in this case.

Sleek Makeup True Colour Lipstick- Review

Today is a good day to try

Hi Friends

Welcome to day 82 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are doing lip products. You might have seen me wearing and showing the products on my Sleek Haul i did on my Instagram story a few months ago. I got these 5 lipsticks and i want to show you them and what i think of the.

First i want to say the packaging of the lipstick is actually really cute. The casing itself is made from rubber and its not a normal shape of a lipstick.

One shade is called 'Vixen' Its a deep red but its got more of a orange tone. Because of  fact that the lipstick is sheen its not so pigmented but its really smooth and soft wearing on the lips.

The next shade in is 'Tangerine Scream' It is orange. I thought looking at the box it was a red orange however its a straight orange. Its also a sheen lipstick so its comfortable but this is really pigmented.

The next colour i really like and its called 'Smoulder' This is a sheen but once again really pigmented. I love this colour and i think its really nice for this time of year.

The next colour is a matte formula which is really comfortable and its called 'Heart breaker'  This is a straight up red with blue under tones making this really nice for a lot of skin tones.

The final shade is called 'Liqueur' and this is the only nude. This is a pink nude and its actually really nice and its a sheen so its nice to wear all day.

The lipstick is really nice to wear all day but they don't last at all they kinda feel a little bit sticky but i think if you wear a lip liner under neath then it might feel a little more comfortable.

The range of lipsticks they have in Sleeks range is so pretty but in this one range of lipstick there is 31 shades and they have amazing range between nudes and everyday colours to darker tones that i would wear when going on a night out,

W7 GO Corrective Concealer- Review

Today's special moments are tomorrows special memories
Hello Friends

Welcome to day 81 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about concealer, i use this concealer everyday. If I'm wearing a full glam look or a super natural look which iv been doing more lately but i use it everyday. This is one of the must use makeup products that if i gave it up my skin would look horrible.

You may have seen me talk about this in my summer haul i did a few months ago.

I use this everyday, without fail. I love this product its so smooth and creamy. I love applying the product.

The actual pot of concealer is so big for the price.

The green concealer conceals redness. I use this on my slightly red cheeks and on my slightly red spots.

This is something i use everyday and i cant say how much i love this product.

Corrective concealer is something i recommend everyone have a look into it and try it out if you haven't got redness then try for under eye pigment.

I always keep colour correcting concealers on hand when doing someones makeup its a huge thing to make your skin look flawless.

The Balm Nude Tude Eyeshadow Palette- Review

In a world without masks, there would be no puppeteers either.

Hello Friends

Welcome to day 80 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about a product from a brand that has had a lot of good reviews and a lot of hype over the last couple of months. The Balm is a brand that is sold online and in some Superdrug stores. The hype around the brand is highly deserved especially in the shadows they are really high quality and really pigmented.

The packaging is really cute, the nude girls are so cute. I first saw the palette on Instagram and was drawn to it. I love the colours of the palette they are beautiful colours for this time of year

The palette comes with a brush, they brush is so cute and i love this brush and i use it almost everyday. I use it to clean up my eyeliner.

Out of the 2 above, Sleek is my Favourite and i love that shade and the Serious eyeshadow is beautiful too.
Snobby is really nice out of this 'girl'. Its a really nice transition shade.

I cant tell you how much i love these shadows. These are my Favourite out of the palette. Both of them are shimmer but they are beautiful.

i like both of these shades they are both shimmer but they are perfect for blue eyes
I want to make a confession....I haven't used Seductive. Sophisticated is super nice, as a transition shade.

I really love sexy. Its a deep red/brown.

When the palette arrived a few of the shadows had smashed a little so some of the shadow was a spread around and mixed with other shadows and made me need to clean the palette and shadows.

The mirror in the palette is good quality but it is kind of thin but it can be used.

The palette is long but thin which i really like because of i travel a lot so having something thin means i can take more which is always a plus

Sleek Makeup Blushes- Review

Our fate lives within us. You only have to be brave enough to see it

Hello Friends

Welcome to day 79 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about another Sleek product that was shown in my huge Sleek haul i showed on my Instagram story a couple of weeks ago.We are talking about the nicest product in the haul. This is a product i don't really use on myself but i use it all the time on clients.

All the blushes are beautiful. I cant stress that enough.

Once again Sleek have out done themselves on the packaging. I really like the packaging and the actual product is really big for £5. The packaging is so sturdy and i'm happy to travel with the blushes and feel confident that they will not brake or be damaged.

The blushes are beautifully pigmented. Swatches do no justice to the beautiful look these blushes give you. I have 3 of the blushes and they look beautiful on a lot of skin tones and types. You can go a bit mad with the blush and you can look a little crazy if you apply to much, so you only need a small amount.

I have the 3 of the collection and i have the shades 'Flushed' which is a deep red and its a matte blush and pretty for this time of year. The next is my favourite of the shades and this is a shimmer blush called 'Rose Gold' this is a rose gold colour and it is really pretty for the summer. The next shade is 'Flamingo' and this is a darker pink which is also a matte shade, this colour is also really pretty for the transition between summer and fall.

The blushes look really nice and sit nicely on the skin, some drugstore blushes look really 'cloggy' on the skin where they look patchy.

For a drugstore blush i reach for this more then i do for my Benefit and MAC blush. I love all these blushes and every client i have used these blushes on have commented about how pretty they are and asked where to get them. I recommend it to everyone.

Kyrolan TV Paint Stick- Review

Hello Friends

Welcome to day 78 of 100 Days Of Products.

Today we are talking about a product that i really want to like. I want to like it so badly because it is just a amazing product. This is a product that is sold for professionals and made for professionals. The product was first introduced to me by someone who came and did a talk at my college and i knew i wanted to try the product.

Kyrolan
TV Paint Stick Foundation

I want to start by saying i love this so much and i wish my skin was suitable for this product. I have tired this product a couple of times and its really not for me, i wish it was because this is the best stick foundation that i have ever tied, its so high coverage and i have never found any foundation that matches my skin more than this one so the fact it doesn't sit well on my skin is really disappointing.

The foundation is really thick on the skin and you need to blend it out quickly otherwise it does set in the position you applied it, i have to say if you have large or visible pores then this maybe wont be the foundation for you, it sinks into my pores.

I found the foundation did go really patchy in the areas where normally most foundations do go patchy on me so if you have areas where your foundation does go a little patchy be aware that it does happen.

The foundation is the best high coverage foundation iv ever used it even covers the small bit of pigmentation i have on my cheek and because my face is a little lighter then my neck this is matched to my neck so my face and neck match which is massive for me

I would use this product not so much as a foundation i would now try to use it as a concealer.

This is a really nice product for contouring getting a dark shade and a light shade and using it as a cream contour and highlight.

The product hasn't got a price online right now but i think its £15 but i would check if your interested.

Hope you liked day 78 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. Sleek I-Divine Ultra Mattes V1 Brights- Review

All it takes is faith, trust and a little pixi dust.

Hello Beautiful

Welcome to day 77 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about a makeup palette. This is a palette i would only use during halloween so this is the perfect time to talk about this. This is a beautiful eyeshadow palette full of bright colours. Most of the shades i wouldn't use unless for body art or as a small pop of colour in a look.

Sleek eyeshadow palettes are really hyped about online. The colours of the palette and the packaging are all really hyped about. To be honest i do understand the hype some of the colours do look so pretty, some look nicer then high end eyeshadows.

Before we walk about the eyeshadows in the palette i want to talk about the packaging.

I don't know how many times i have to push this, Sleek kill it with the packaging on their products. The casing is matte black and has the brand name written on the lid of the casing. the mirror inside is really high quality.

The colours are actually not to the high standard to i expected. A lot of the colours are not pigmented at all and if you are looking for bright colours i will recommend this palette because of the choice and there are so many more online

Some of the colours are more pigmented then others some have no pigment and some smack you in the face with one swatch. Some of the colours when applied are really patchy and no matter how much i tried i couldn't fix it at all.

The names of the shades are really nice and fun.

The sponge brush isn't that grate, iv said before i really don't like sponge brushes but i have used better quality sponge brushes before this brush isn't easy to clean either so that is something to keep in mind.

Hope you liked day 77 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. Avon True Colour Eyeshadow Quad- Review

You don't really need someone to complete you. You only need someone to accept you completely.

Hey Friends

Welcome to day 76 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about eyeshadows and these were some of the first eyeshadows i ever had when i was younger and still to this day i use them on myself and clients i really like them and so do my clients and with the wide range of colours and products the brand itself is one to keep a eye on especially with the amazing offers

The first thing i wanted to tell you about is the packaging and what a good idea i think these palettes are. Each shadow has a number from one to four to where to place the shadow to create the perfect smokey eye Each of the shadows are really nice on there own or on a natural day. The palette comes with a double ended sponge brush. It also has a nice mirror in the lid of the palette and the outer container is sleek black with the brand name carved into the packaging.

All the shadows are super pigmented and beautiful to blend. Most if not all the shadows can be worn in any order not just in order of the numbers but all on their own as well, i wear a lot of these shadows on their own or with shadows from my Makeup Revolution Palette which go really nicely with all of the colours.

The brush that comes with the Quads isn't grate quality i hate using sponges to apply shadows that is my own personal opinion.

The shadows that are grey and black are '07005 Urban Skyline'

The shadows that are more red tones are '04562 Metal Eyes'
The shadows that are more pink/nude are' 05488 Berry Love'

All the palettes are £5.50 each which for the shadows is really good and perfect for little Christmas presents to moved ones.

They do tend to crease if you don't use a good primer, but that does happen with most shadows that claim to be crease proof.

Sleek Makeup Pencils- Review

You're mad, bonkers. Off your head! But let me tell you a secrete, all the best people are.

Hello My Beauties

Welcome to day 75 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking makeup pencils. Lip Liners, Eyebrow Pencils, Eyeliners. I have really enjoyed using these pencils and i have been using these pencils everyday and i have been recommending these to everyone i know.

Sleek Makeup Pencils

I bought these pencils and you may have seen me talking about them on my Instagram story on a huge Sleek haul.

There are two lip liners, a brow pencil and a eyeliner. I have been using the lip pencil and eyebrow pencil as lip liners, i'm very open about the fact that i love brown lips the brown eyebrow pencil for me is the perfect shade for lip liner.

All the pencils are really smooth and easy to apply. The pencils are really smooth and even though only one of the pencils is a twist up pencil which i do prefer using i actually really like using the pencils they are easy to sharpen and they don't get really sharp and hard they are super soft.

They don't dry out my lips which most lip pencils do. They last all day and they are such nice colours. There is a really summery shade and a beautiful tanned nude colour.

The Brow pencil is the shade 'medium' which for me is a perfect colour for a lip liner however with me being a natural red head i have red toned brows so its too light for me.

The eyeliner is a deep black, even though its super smooth to apply its not really pigmented. I wouldn't use this on my waterline for me its not pigmented enough its actually nice to use on the lid to darken the upper lashes to make them appear longer.

Sleek Gloss Me- Review

If you walk the footsteps of a stranger, you'll learn things you never knew.

Hello Friends

Welcome to day 74 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking gloss. You guys know i don't wear  lot of gloss and thats becuase most lip gloss it sticky but this..no. I have 2 shades from this collection but i really recommend this product however i wouldn't wear it myself. I did post this on my Instagram story when i did my huge Sleek Cosmetics haul.

I have 2 shades out of the 6 available in the Gloss me collection. The red shade is called 'Maria Maria' and the pink shade is called 'Angles Fall'
The lip glosses do have glitter in them but its not as much as the MUA lip gloss i spoke about last Christmas. They are a lot more sticky then the MUA gloss but compared to lip gloss by other drugstore brands its quite high quality.

The lip gloss is nice to apply and it comfortable to wear. The 6 colours available are nice. 2 of the shades are nude one is a pinker nude 'Angles Falls' and the other is a oranger nude 'Hawaii Honey', 3 purple shades a lighter purple/ lilac 'Thai Orchid' a darker purple 'Forbidden City' a deep plumb 'Phoenix Raising' and a dark red 'Maria Maria'

The packaging is so mature and i say this with all Sleek products its such a pretty product and i cant say enough how much i like the packaging and how high quality.

The product does wear off after eating and drinking. The red does leave a slight stain on the lips but the pinker one doesn't.

The pink lip gloss is so natural and can be worn over a lipstick and on its own which is really nice if you want a glossy look. The red i wouldn't wear on its own just because it can apply slightly patchy.

Crazy Factory Eyelashes- Review

Your the one who can fill the world with sunshine.

Hey Friends

Welcome to day 73 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about lashes. These are the cheapest lashes i have ever bought and its from my favourite body modification shop. Crazy Factory is a online shop that sells body modification jewellery to phone cases to fake lashes.

As you can see from the picture above that i did a bit of shopping and treated myself to some new lashes and a bit of jewellery. I will be doing a haul later after 100 days is over.

I got 5 different types of lashes and i got 2 of one type because i wear them the most,

The lashes themselfs are acually really high quality for the price, they also have such nice range of lashes from being natural to big fancy lashes.

All the lashes i bought was quite natural.

These are the most natural of the bunch and i like these a lot. The band is quite thick and i think difficut to get close to the lash line. They are short enough to be natural and long and thick enough to still be seen as fake.

These lashes are really nice however are a party lashes i wouldn't wear these on a daily bases. They are slightly uncomfortable and i wouldn't recommend wearing them for long periods of time.

I really like these lashes, these are actually super short rather than what i thought they was. These lashes are actually really comfortable and the lash band is really large so i wouldn't wear these lashes without eyeliner.

These with the right eye look are quite natural but they can look really big and fake when they are on. They are really comfortable to wear and they have a large band around the lash which for me is a deal breaker because i would wear these with no eyeliner

These are quite flirty lashes however i think i could still get away with wearing them for more fancy day occasion like a wedding. The band is thinner on these lashes which is better for me to wear and apply. I think these appeal to a bigger audience as they are quite flirty.

I think the lashes are grate for the money and i think they are good if your first starting out with lashes. They don't come with eyelash glue but my favourite  is by Kryolan.

Sleek Makeup CC Cream- Review

Its not until you loose everything, that you can appreciate everything.

Hello Friends

Welcome to day 72 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking light coverage, CC creams. I have spoke quite a lot recently about Sleek Makeup recently after my huge all i posted on my Instagram story a few months ago. I actually bought this for my client kit, but iv used it enough on clients and myself to get a full opinion on the products.

To start off with i want to talk about the packaging. I really like the small packaging, its slim and easy to travel with making it perfect when i am travelling to clients. Once again with Sleek's packaging its very classy and mature so even if it is targeted at younger audiences it still looks mature enough for someone of any age to go get this product and not feel ashamed about it looking 'childish' which some drugstore makeup can.

For the shades of the product they only have these 4; 'light', 'medium', 'fair' and 'dark'

However the product itself is not true to shade. The fair and light are still quite dark. So if you are looking for a really light coverage product then i would say to have a look in store to make sure they fit your skin tone. I would recommend going into a store that sells Sleek and having a look rather than going by online.

The coverage is beautifully light and natural. The product when applied to the face is so light it feels like nothing is on the skin. Its so light and weightless.

The product sits nicely on the skin, however it does sink into open pores so i would be aware of that and it doesn't last all day. It lasted on me up to 4 hours on my skin which is quite dry so that is also one thing to consider and making sure to wear a good primer.
