Avon True Colour Eyeshadow Quad- Review

You don't really need someone to complete you. You only need someone to accept you completely.

Hey Friends

Welcome to day 76 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about eyeshadows and these were some of the first eyeshadows i ever had when i was younger and still to this day i use them on myself and clients i really like them and so do my clients and with the wide range of colours and products the brand itself is one to keep a eye on especially with the amazing offers

The first thing i wanted to tell you about is the packaging and what a good idea i think these palettes are. Each shadow has a number from one to four to where to place the shadow to create the perfect smokey eye Each of the shadows are really nice on there own or on a natural day. The palette comes with a double ended sponge brush. It also has a nice mirror in the lid of the palette and the outer container is sleek black with the brand name carved into the packaging.

All the shadows are super pigmented and beautiful to blend. Most if not all the shadows can be worn in any order not just in order of the numbers but all on their own as well, i wear a lot of these shadows on their own or with shadows from my Makeup Revolution Palette which go really nicely with all of the colours.

The brush that comes with the Quads isn't grate quality i hate using sponges to apply shadows that is my own personal opinion.

The shadows that are grey and black are '07005 Urban Skyline'

The shadows that are more red tones are '04562 Metal Eyes'
The shadows that are more pink/nude are' 05488 Berry Love'

All the palettes are £5.50 each which for the shadows is really good and perfect for little Christmas presents to moved ones.

They do tend to crease if you don't use a good primer, but that does happen with most shadows that claim to be crease proof.

Avon eyeshadow primer- Review

If something chases you... run

Hello friends

Welcome to day 16 of 100 Days Of Products

Today I'm going to be telling you about a product I spoke about in my Summer Haul post.

This is a eyeshadow primer by Avon.
This product has its ups and downs. I really like using this product when I'm not using shadow as its a nice skin coloured primer and it eliminates any veins and redness that can be seen on my eyelids.

As a eye primer this doesn't do a very good job. It still creases during the day, its harder to apply my shadows smoothly using this product however it does make my shadows just as vibrant as when I first applied it.

The product does stain my under eye if you apply to much so you only need the smallest amount if product.

One thing I do really like is the packaging I think it looks so sleek and nice.

I think if your older and you have more pigmented eyelids or more veins that are visible in your eyelids and you if you don't wear eyeshadows or of you don't like to wear eyeshadow then this is a really nice product.

This product is sold at £7 however its on sale at the moment for £4

Hope you liked day 16 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 17!

Much love speak soon

Summer Haul 2016

I could give up shopping, but I'm not a quitter
Hello beautiful

Over the past few weeks or months iv been shopping a lot since by birthday was in may, so I want to show you guys what iv got!

The first thing is something I ordered from Sephora.

I ordered the Colour Wishes 5 eyeshadow palettes which are a beautiful tiny palettes with 2 colours in each palette and the colours are so pigmented and blend so well and look amazing together. I really like these for travelling because I travel a lot its perfect to shove in my makeup bag and saves so much room

I also have a birthday gift from Marc Jacobs which is a pink toned lipstick and a black eyeliner. I'm in love with the eyeliner honestly its so nice and smooth to apply to the waterline and its also so nice for a winged liner. I'm not fond of the lipstick its nice and moisturising to the lips but I don't like the colour.

The next thing I got was from 2 trips to MAC. I'm extremely happy with what I got and I use a lot of the products on a daily basis. I got 2 MAC lipsticks and a new lip liner. My first lipstick from MAC
was a matte lipstick in the shade 'Mehr' and I wanted to try a pink tone but I wanted a muted pink on the more purple scale so I got this shade I really love this its defiantly one of my go to summer shades.

My second lipstick I got from MAC was also a matte lipstick in the shade 'stone' and I also got the matching lip liner. I love a brown lip and I'm constantly looking for the perfect brown that doesn't make my teeth look yellow. I think I might have found it.

The next thing I got from mac is something I use on a daily basis I never used to wear blush but its defiantly grown on me, I wanted a more of a healthy pink that wasn't noticeable that it was blush and not a healthy glow. this is a matte blush in shade 'blush baby'

the next thing I got from MAC as a new pan eyeshadow to add to my palette. I got the shade 'tempting' which is a shimmer red/ brown tone red this is so pretty in the crease and all over the lid. This is such a pretty colour in the summer.

The rest of what I got from mac were testers. I got the radiance primer and I use it on a daily basis and I will defiantly will be investing in the full size product, it defiantly keeps my makeup on longer and I love it! I also got 2 tester mascaras, both have a really nice formula however I like the false look mascara as the zoom fast mascara isn't good for a daily basis I like the length it gives however I like a natural look and this just makes my lashes stick together which isn't cute so I tend to use the false lash mascara first and do a top coat of the zoom fast mascara.

Coming away from MAC.
I then went to KIKO. this was a recommendation from a friend, its a nightly eyelash treatment that help lengthen your lashes. In my opinion it hasn't helped my upper lashes however its made a huge difference on my lower lashes. However it has helped my friends lashes so its defiantly worth a try I will link it here its a 30 day extension.
The next thing I got was 3 eyeshadows, a purple eyeshadow in the shade '249', a white eyeshadow in the shade '201' and a brown eyeshadow in the shade '215'. I use the white eyeshadow to highlight.

The next product I got is from Tanya Burr cosmetics. I love her nail polish, and her new products look so nice I cant wait to get some of her new products, however I have just come back from a holiday and before I went I wanted to treat myself to some new eyelashes. I picked up her 'Bambi lashes' and her 'Date night lashes' these are both beautiful, however I like the Bambi lashes more then Date night for a more dramatic look.

The next thing I got was to a colour correcting concealer pot in green to cancel any redness in my face. I really like the consistency of it and for £1.50 there is so much product.

This is another product I use on a daily basis. This is an eye primer by Avon I use this everyday I really like how it makes my eyeshadow last such a long time
These are both product I use on a daily basis
I used this product first the simple light weight moisturiser is so nice and hydrating for my skin I use it everyday and I have always used it, every time iv used something else it seems to brake me out so I stick by this 100%
The next thing I use is tee tree oil iv done a post on this before but to be honest I love this product
The next products iv bought are from NYX and I honestly cant get enough of the brand.
The first product iv got quite a few of the lip lingerie iv one a review on them and I still love them and I'm still on a mission to collect them all. iv now got 'lace detail', 'honeymoon' and 'exotic' as well as 'corset' that I did a review on.

The next NYX product iv bought is NYX liquid suede in the shade 'sandstorm' I love this I got it for my birthday I love to use this with a nude lip liner and honestly I love the matte look that doesn't dry out my lips so this is totally not the product that will dry out my lips
The last product from NYX is a brow gel. I'm not sure about this product yet I'm still trying it out but I will defiantly let you know on Instagram and twitter
The next thing I got was 2 green eyeshadows I used for my assignment they are both so pigmented and defiantly so smooth its so nice as a pop of colour and for the price these colours are amazing

The next product I can not live without now! Its a cleanser by Garnier I love this so much for removing makeup and cleaning my false eyelashes I love this so much even if I don't use it on my face I defiantly need it to clean my eyelashes I have never found anything that cleans my eyelashes this well.
For the last beauty product is a No7 foundation I really love this for a healthy glow and a light coverage and such a nice light foundation for the summer. This is a liquid foundation I really like this foundation. Its the No7 stay perfect foundation, its for all skin types, it gives a light to medium coverage I really like that it has an SPF 15 maybe not so good for photography but its so important of this time of year to wear sun screen
The next product is something I wanted to try out a black toothpaste. I really like this however I'm not going to talk about the product as I'm going to do a review on it in a few weeks
The next thing I'm going to talk about is a Pandora cleaning cloth to clean my gold and silver jewellery. I really like this cloth Iv tried it out today and I love it my old rusty silver looks like new its amazing and for £3 even if you haven't got a Pandora for any silver or gold this is worth every penny
Finally I got 2 new books to read while I'm on holiday iv just got back and a good way through the first book 'we were liers' this book sounds so good when zoella talked about both of the books I highly recommend watching this video from Zoella all the books sound grate the second book I bought was 'all the bright places'

I hope you guys have liked my haul and the new products iv got. If you've got any hit products you think ill like tweet me @papblog or tag me in a picture on Instagram @prettyandpaleblogger

much love speak soon
