Fail, fail again. Fail better
Hello friends
Welcome to day 64 of 100 Days Of Products
Today we are talking eyeliner. I don't normally use eyeliners you need to dip in a pot to pickup product, i normally only get gel eyeliner and liquid pen eyeliner. However this is a really nice change and i have really been enjoying using this over the last few weeks. You may have seen on my Instagram story a couple on months ago a huge Sleek haul,
This is liquid eyeliner that is matte black and pigmented. Usually i find it hard to apply with the dip pot eyeliners however this is surprisingly easy to use and make the perfect winged liner.
The packaging is really nice i love the matte look that sleek have with all their products it looks so classy and mature which i really like instead of the bright colours drugstore normally have and can look really childish for the more mature clients
I also like that not only does it look so mature but if you are one to display makeup in anyway this is really nice to do so with,
It is difficult to create a thin line with this product unless your using the tip of the brush.
The product can be a little bit patchy however, this product once dry will never smudge. If the product does apply patchy then getting a thin angled brush or a thin lip brush and using them with a matte black eyeshadow will fix the patchy issue.
Finally by other peoples experiences its not good for sensitive eyes and can cause stinging which i haven't found but others have so that is something you may want to keep in mind if you have sensitive eyes.
The brush is a felt brush so no need to worry about stray hair and dried out ends, which is my biggest hates about liquid pen eyeliners.I use the tip of the felt brush which is super fine to do any fine work even to do the flick its better to do everything else with the other part of the brush making the line against the lashes thicker.
Its easy to remove as well however a baby wipe probably won't do the job just with how the product clings to the lid. Cleanser is the best thing to remove the product.
The product does smell a little chemically which can bother people it doesn't so much me but its once again its something to keep in mind.
I have to say this product is one that i really enjoy using and not only because i think its really easy to apply but the price is too good not to try, £5 for the product if you want to practise eyeliner or practise a flick then i believe this is a really nice product to practise with.
Hope you liked day 64 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 65.
