MAC Eyeshadow- Review

Quite people have the loudest of minds.

Hello Friends

Welcome to day 90 of 100 Days Of Products.

I can't believe it! only 10 days left! Time really has flown by! 90 days has been a struggle but its flown by and iv really enjoyed doing it and hopefully its going to encourage me to blog more, maybe not everyday but more than what i was doing.

Today we are talking MAC. In my first MAC haul  i talked about the much talked about the eyeshadows, so today i thought i would talk about the 10 MAC shadows i use on almost a daily basis. I love the shadows and i wanted to tell you about them and if i think they are worth the hype and the price.

The magnetic palette is a really nice and good idea, the insert is also really nice as it keeps the shadows in one place and they don't slide around especially if you don't fill the palettes straight away. Its a really nice idea especially for a gift. You can get bigger and smaller palettes and insets for them so around this time of year where we are all looking for presents for our loved ones, Its a good idea for anyone who loves makeup and is looking to start a high end makeup collection.

The palette can hold up to 15 individual shadows refill.

The first colours i bought was Brule which is a matte pigmented highlight shade, its a light skin toned shade which is really nice for a highlight or for a base shadow. That's the first shadow in the palette in the bottom right hand corner. Its a pinker tone making it a perfect base shadow and for a brow bone highlight.

The next shadow is a yellower toned shade and its called RisePaper. Its a semi matte shade and its a really nice inner corner shade. Its the next shade across from Brule. The shade is perfect for a highlight with it having a yellow tone, making it a nice tone for highlighting the inner corners on any skin tone.

Honestly is the next colour in the palette. Its the first shimmer shade in the palette, its a nice shimmer pink tone, it may be closer to a dark cream colour or maybe a very very light brown. Its a really nice colour to sweep across the lid for a natural shimmer look. This is one of my most used colours in the palette.

The second colour into the palette on the right is called Wedge. This is one of the nicest transition colours for so many looks. This is so pretty to blend into the crease for a natural day to day look. This is another one of  my most used and loved shadows. This is so pigmented but it blends so beautifully that it gives such a nice red tone to the eye.

Texture is such a beautiful pigmented peachy brown shade, this is a shimmer shade. This is the end colour on the left. This would be a beautiful transitional colour if it wasn't a shimmer. This is also a beautiful colour to sweep across the lid on a natural day. This shadow has only got a light pigment which i really like for all over the lid.

Swiss Chocolate  is also a really pretty muted red brown, it kind of is the colour of Swiss Chocolate. This is perfect for my more natural days, i also really like this colour as a crease colour. This is a matte finish colour.

Embark is the darkest colour in the palette and its also the colour with the most pigment. This is also one of my most used colours in this palette. I used this colour in the crease on the lid as a liner, i use this shadow all the time for so many different things.

Twinks is a amazing shimmer brown. I use this colour so much its such a natural dark brown and its actually a daily colour. If your looking for a beautiful colour that can be transitioned from day to night this is the colour for you!

Saddle is a beautiful matte golden brown. Its a pretty as a crease colour and all over the lid makes a beautiful look for blue eyes and for any colour eye actually it makes so many different skin tones and eye colours stand out.

The final and most recent colour iv added to my collection, is Tempting which is a shimmer red brown tone this is so pretty all over the this lid. In the pan it looks so much golder i wouldn't have guessed it was a red shade when i bought it but i wouldn't change it at all.

All these colours are really nice to used and blend very nicely. A individual eyeshadow is only £10 which for how amazing these shadows are i will happily pay. One thing i don't like is how messy it is to get the colours in and out of the magnetic palette.

They all blend beautifully, they all build colour beautifully i cant say how much i really like these shadows. I, and my wallet hate to say it i really like the shadows and they really worth the hype.

I would look in store at colours rather than online online it doesn't show true colours.

Makeup Revolution All Day and All Night makeup pencil- Review

For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone- Audrey Hepburn

Hello Friends

Welcome to day 43 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are going to be talking about my favortate drugstore brand. Makeup Revolution. I bought this a few months ago for a project and  I thought I would tell you about it.

This is a really creamy and pigmented eyeliner. Its a really nice base for a eyeshadow.

I created this look from using this pencil and the shadows iv already don't  post on I will link that post Here

I used the eyeliner pencil on the waterline and all over the lid. It was the perfect base for the colours making the pigment really stand out.

Its a really nice pencil with a smooth sharp tip its also so nice for doing a funky colour winged eyeliner. Its not grate in my waterline just because I have really watery eyes however using this on clients who have dryer eyes it works really well for a pop of colour.

That is something to keep in mind if you want this product but you have watery eyes its better for a winged liner or for a cream shadow. For a cream product it can be blended out into other shadows really nicely and effortlessly.

Its not a matte product, it has a really beautiful metallic look to the product. I also like how easy it is to get the pigment out of the product some eye pencils need a lot of pressure to get the best pigment however this you get the best amount of pigment with minimal pressure.

For £1.49 its better then a lot of makeup pencils iv bought for almost twice the price.

Hope you liked day 43 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 44!
