Makeup Revolution Highlight Palette- Review

The future depends on what you do in the present.

Hello beautiful

Welcome to day 28 of 1OO Days Of Products

Today we are talking about my favourite brand... Makeup Revolution. This is probably one their most know products.. highlighter.

Makeup Revolution Highlight Palette

The palette consists of Peach Lights, Pink Lights and Golden Lights. All these are so pretty and so popular all the highlights individually are so hard to get a hold of and are so popular. Everyone loves these highlights, but i got them all in the palette because not only is it cheaper then getting all of the highlights individually but i thought it would be easier to get a hold of. Oh was i wrong. i had to go Superdrug a few times trying to get this palette.

Be sure if your looking for this palette to get the highlight palette not the radiance palette as they look very similar in packaging (iv made that mistake)

This palette consists of a white/ golden highlight which is Golden Lights, a pink highlight which is actually more of a peach which is Peach Lights and a purple highlight which is Pink Lights.

The texture of the highlights is very powdery and i don't like using this product with the fan brush i use which is the Real Techniques fan but i think thicker fan brushes like Spectrum CO1 or a  brush
like Sigma F35 Tapered Highlighter Brush is a really nice to apply i use a fluffy eyeshadow brush.

The mirror isn't clear however that may just be mine, other mirrors may be different.

I do really like these highlighters every time i wear any of these highlights i get so many complements from people asking what my highlight is to people asking what my foundation is wanting to know what is making me glow.

This is a beautiful highlights, that can take you from day natural sun hit glow or a obnoxious glow.

Hope you liked day 28 of 100 Days Of Products.  If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 29!

MAC Natural Radiance Base- Review

Nothing is impossible the word itself says I'm possible

Hey beautiful

Welcome to day 27 of 100 Days Of Products

Today I'm going to be talking about a Mac Prep + Prime product and iv never tried anything from Prep + Prime and to be honest iv never heard of anything in the Prep + Prime collection only the Fix+ which I'm currently saving up for, if there is anything from the collection or if you think i should do a review on Fix+ then leave a comment and let me know.

MAC Natural Radiance Base Luiere.

I'm using the sample size.

I'm not one for anything that says 'radiance' i like a really matte finish I'm not one for the dewy look. However i really love this product and i need to invest in a bigger bottle because i really like this product.

You only need a small amount of product and it goes a long way. It really makes my makeup last the little bit longer and gives a pretty glow to the skin.

In the sample size which is free when ordering from the MAC website, you will get the 6ml bottle where as the bigger bottle is 50ml for £29.50, which i think i good for the amount of product you get however is the product worth £29.50? no i feel like its a lot of money for the product however if your an avid makeup collector and love the Prep + Prime range then i can justify it but if your an everyday consumer who doesn't wear lot of high end makeup then i don't think it is.

The product is very brightening and is so moisturising and doesn't dry out. I have dry skin and its really nice it says on the MAC website that it controls oil and sooths and softens the skin and i can agree it makes my face feel so smooth after using it.

I do like how the product comes in a pink which is more targeted for fairer skin tones and a yellow which is targeted for deeper skin tones. when worked in to the skin it will disappear in colour you don't have a pink/ yellow face.

Overall i do really like the product however i don't think its worth almost £30. I'm not sure if i will buy this product again for myself however if i was to buy it again it would be for my client kit list as it does work for all skin types.

Hope you liked day 27 of 100 Days Of Products.  If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 28!

Beneifit Hoola Bronzer- Review

If you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way.

Hello friends

Welcome to day 26 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are going to be talking about a product that's been so hyped up about and I wont to let you guys know if its worth the hype.

Benefit Hoola Bronzer

If anyone is wondering this obviously this isn't the normal packaging that is because I bought this in a gift set which I will link HERE. I got the gift set because I wanted to try the product I will also recommend the Benefit Minis you can buy from Boots if your not sure about getting a full size product for whatever reason.

I got the mini size because I didn't want to get a bronzer that was going to be to orange for me and I
didn't want to spend the money on something I didn't want to love.

To start off I want to say I love this product! I use it everyday not only to contour but to bronze as well. Its become my holy grail makeup product i cant rave about this product so enough.

This is such a nice product i cant say it enough iv used it on all my clients no matter about their skin tone. Everyone loves this product and i understand the hype. I really didn't want to like the product but i love it and its last such a long time iv had the tester since February maybe longer and I'm no where near pan.

I really love the product and for the price of the mini its worth the product and when i run out of this i need to buy the mini or the full size product. This is a staple in my makeup bag and  my kit.

Is it worth the hype? Massively

Technic Colour Fix blush palette- Review

An eye for an eye will only end up making the whole world blind

Hello friends

Welcome to day 25 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we will be talking about a palette iv bought for my client kit. I have talked about before a Technic highlighter and I enjoyed the highlighter so much I wanted to try more from Technic.

Technic Colour Fix Blush Palette.

I really like the product, I love the colour range and how smooth all the shades are. All the colours are so pigmented.

This palette was £3.99 and I for the price iv really like not only the colours of the blush but the packaging, its plastic however its really high quality and I don't feel like it will brake in my makeup bag.

In the palette most of the blushes are pink which may not be your cup of tea, however there is 2 light pin/ nude blushes which are my favourites in this palette iv been reaching for it all the time.

All the blushes are matte, non are streaky and all last really well on the skin.

This palette has a blush for every skin tone. You only need a light hand with the darker colours because of how pigmented they are so that is one thing to be considered.

MUA Bronze and sculpt Contour Kit- Review

Efforts and courage are not enough without purpose and direction

Hello friends

welcome to day 24 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about one of the cheapest products that will come around on 100 Days Of Products. For both the contour and highlight its £5.

MUA LUXE is a apart of the brand MUA which is exclusive to Superdrug store and online. All of the MUA makeup is so affordable with nothing being over £8.

This is a highlight and bronze duo. iv got the shade light/ medium

I really like the packaging of the product, I only wish that they had a bigger mirror. I would also like a mirror on the contour part however, its okay as it is.

starting off with the contour shade, its got a warmer undertone which means if your fair like me you only need a really light hand you don't need a lot of product. The product itself is really pigmented and isn't patchy however it doesn't wear long on the skin unless primer is worn.

The highlight is a really nice pink champagne colour, after getting past the first layer of product you will need to work a little to get the product to get the best pigment. I wouldn't use this product with a fan brush because it just doesn't pick up a lot of products I would use a pencil brush or a setting brush by Real Techniques

Over all for the price I really like the product, its a really nice drugstore product and this is one of the first MUA LUXE products iv tried and I would really recommend the product however if your fair as iv said you only need a really light hand. if your deeper skin tone then I'm not sure of the shade range however I know MUA do run quite dark in the shades in foundation and concealers however I'm not sure about products like bronzers

Beneifit Sugarbomb Blush - Review

If today was your last day on earth would you want to do what you are going to do today

Hey friends

Welcome to day 23 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about a product that not only is it so pretty but its one of the nicest smelling products I own.

Benefit Sugarbomb Blush

This was a Christmas present so iv had a lot of time to develop my thoughts on this product

To start of with I have to say one of the reasons I was gifted this product by my grandma she said "it smells like the sweet jar from when I was younger" and it defiantly does, this just brings me back to when I was a kid I love the smell!

However I wear this blush during spring the most I love this product. This is a beautiful orange/ light pink shimmer blush. You may know I hate shimmer on my face however this is beautiful light blush without making the skin all look shiny.

You can also use this as a blush topper however as a light blush, if your now to blush this is such a nude look you cant notice it I'm so glad I got this for the first blush I started using daily.

The brush that comes with it I don't really like for blush I only use it on the apples of my cheek. I only really like to use this brush for contour and sculpting the face.

This is super nice on all skin tones, its such a pretty colour and you can go really heavy handed or you can go really light and neutral.

Overall this is such a pretty blush and it smells like sweets!

Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer- Review

the best way to predict the future is to create it.

Hey friends

Welcome to day 22 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are going to be talking about a concealer everyone is raving about.

Collection Lasting Perfection concealer

To start with I just want to say I really like this as a concealer, its super high coverage and is really nice for covering any imperfections.

There are a few things I don't like about the concealer however most of what I have to say is good.

As iv said before this is a really nice concealer for covering any stubborn spots of imperfections you have on the skin. Its also grate for the under eye area, however if you take it down to far on the face (especially like me if you have dry skin or pours) it has started to separate and become patchy however if you focus it on the under eye and set with a powder I find its not cracked and it lasts all day
This is a before and after picture (I have nothing on my skin only moisturiser and this concealer)
I wish Collection would change the packaging so the name wouldn't rub off the product as its a plastic bottle the name of the product does rub off over time.

I really love the doe foot applicator it spreads the product nice and evenly in the desired area.

I have the shade 'Fair 1' which matches me perfectly however there is only 5 shades in the collection which run down to medium skin tone so if your dark or deep skin toned this product isn't grate, a lot of people have complained about the colour selection.

The price was really affordable for the product which was £4.19.

This is a before and after picture (however I didn't set this with powder)

Overall I like this product, I think its better for imperfections rather than for the under eye but its what you prefer to us it for. if you have this product then leave a comment telling me what your thoughts on the product were.

Aussie Leave In Conditioner Spray- Review

A writer only begins a book, a reader finishes it.

Hey beautiful

Welcome to day 21 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are doing my first hair blog!

We are going to be talking about something that's made its way into my night and morning routine. This is especially good for coloured or damaged hair.

This product is really nice for damaged hair. Spraying at arms length in to dry or wet hair and then brush it through.

I also like to spay the product on my brush and then brush it through so its evenly distributed throughout the hair.

The product smells like hair spray to it hasn't got a nice sent however the smell is not as strong as hairspray.

After a while of using it daily I can really see a difference in my hair not only in the way it look but in the way it feels. Its so much stronger than when I started using the product.

The Aussie brand is a super nice brand. Iv never used a product I haven't loved by them and that hasn't made my hair feel amazing.

It all so hasn't effected my coloured hair. Where as doing a conditioning treatment does make my hair feel better however it does effect the colour iv got on my hair, so this is a good product.

I haven't got to wash the product out I will just leave it in till I wash my hair where is with a normal conditioning treatment you do need to wash it out and drying your hair while the conditioner is in your hair feels horrible so this is amazing for a lazy girl like me.

Hope you liked day 21 of 100 Days Of Products.  If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 22!

W7 The Cheeky Trio palette- Review

Sometimes the smallest things that take up the most room in your heart

hello friends

welcome to day 20 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about W7 The Cheeky Trio palette. which has a blush in the shade '5th avenue', matte highlight in the shade 'hot stuff' and a contour shade in the shade 'dream machine'.
The palette is a over all face palette, with the blush, highlight and bronzer. I think this product is best for medium to light skin tones, the highlight isn't grate for fair skin and I think the bronzer may be too grey undertone for darker skin.

Everything in the palette is so pigmented and smooth. The worst thing about the palette is the smell, its a very chemical smell and the only other bad thing about the palette is how powdery the bronzer is.
The matte highlight is just a powder for me its the same colour as my setting powder so that's something to consider if your as fair as I am.
The blush is a really nice colour, almost like an over pigmented 'blush baby' by MAC which is really nice dupe. However this is a super nice colour for summer.
Finally the bronzer is really nice and you only need a light hand because its super pigmented. It has a slight grey undertone making it really nice for fair skin.
Overall I really like this palette and on the w7 website, its priced at £10 however I bought mine from a store for £6

Hope you liked day 20 of 100 Days Of Products. Only 80 days left. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 21!

Makeup Revolution Iconic Elemaents palette- Review

It would be a pleasure to have my heart broken by you

hi friends

Welcome to day 19 of 100 Days Of Products

By now you may know Makeup Revolution is one of my favourite brands from the drug store. So today I'm going to tell you about one of my most used products from Makeup Revolution.

This is a neutrals palette with 12 colours, 11 matte and 1 shimmer. This is a really nice palette for every day its a go to palette for me.

These shades are really nice for all skin tones, for an everyday look or a more dramatic look.

There is some more purple toned browns in the palette, iv also used some of the cool toned shades for body contour, body art and bruising.

This palette is £5  and its one of the most used palettes in my collection. for the price its amazing all the shades are all so pigmented and smooth, even the shimmer shade is so smooth and applies nicely to the eye.

This palette is so nice for travelling there is so many shades to create so many different looks. Not only is it thin and light but there is no more colours you need. This palette is so nice even if you are a professional makeup artist or a beginner.

Hope you liked day 19 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 20!

Ebay liquid lipstick- Review

We accept the love we think we deserve

Hello friends

Welcome to day 18 of 100 Days Of Products.

Today we are talking about an ebay liquid lipstick. I bought these months ago and I got 11 lipsticks for £10. The seller I bought them from isn't selling theme anymore however I have found them from another seller here

I have bought a mixture of shades from brown to nude to red to pink to orange.
They definitely are long lasting I have wont one for 12+ hours without reapplying and that's with eating and drinking.

There are a lot of draw backs to this product, some smell strongly of chemicals, some are patchy, some stain, some in pictures look different colours. Using the doe foot applicator you need to wipe both side and use the more pointed side of the applicator to get the best line especially around your lip line.

This is shade 14, its a really pretty summer shade. its not drying however its hard to remove. Its a metallic shade and its super pretty with all kinds of looks.

This is shade 26 this is a colour I'm really drawn to. Its long lasting and its such a nice neutral colour that looks grate on any skin tone. If your lips are sensitive or are really dry like mine in this picture then you may not like this product all the colours are drying some more than others and some feel like you have pins and needles in your lips.
This is shade 30 this is the brown shade of the selection iv bought. This is probably the most pigmented on camera and true to the colour on camera.

This is shade 32 the darkest of the shades. This is a deep red and its super nice in fall. This is one of my favourite shades and its one of the easiest to remove

This is shade 22 and its a deep plum and once again its super nice for fall.
This is shade 10. Once again a metallic and super wearable for summer in the day or in the night.
This is a pink nude in the shade 18. This also has a slight shimmer but it dries matte
This shade is super patchy! this is shade 19. This is a bright vibrant pink that shows up as a  Orange/red shade on camera.

This is shade 05. This is a super patchy shade and this is also a shade that doesn't dry down without blotting down so it transfers really easily.
This is shade 27. It looks really orange on camera but its actually an orange base red.
Finally this is shade 09. This is a more pink red rather than an orange red

This is a really nice products but it has its issues they delivery took about a week which wasn't bad.

Hope you liked day 18 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 19!
