Sleek Makeup Face Contour Kit- Review

I have not failed, but have found 10,000 ways that will not work.

Hey Friends!

Welcome to day 63 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking contour and highlight. I know i have spoken a lot about contour and highlight over the last 63 days but this is another drugstore contour and highlight palette however, this is from a brand i actually have never tried before before this and you may have seen me post about this in a haul on my Instagram story a while ago but i have had enough time to go through and developed my full thoughts.

This is a small compact with a bronzer shade and a shimmer highlight. This is in the shade light and it does come in medium and dark. I'm not sure how they look on the skin or the pigment of them.

I want to start off with the packaging I really like the packaging, it has a nice little mirror inside and the outer packaging is matte black with Sleek Makeup in gloss across the top of the casing.

I do want to talk about each individual product to let you know the good and the bad of each product.

The contour or bronzer shade is a really nice shade and kind of reminds me of Benefit Hoola however i do think its not as grey tone but its warmer more on the 'light' shade of bronzer which drugstores normally have which is normally a orange undertone. I do find this is kind of hard to blend but its not patchy and it does apply well i do recommend applying a small amount at a time and building on that.

The shimmer highlight is the best natural highlight iv ever found. Most highlights i talk about are not natural and are not what a lot of people like to wear everyday. Its not too shimmery or not too powdery i honestly love this highlight  for everyday and i will defiantly will be reaching for this more often on a daily basics.

The product is £6.99 and if i was in a shop and looked at this maybe i wouldn't have bought this for myself as i did buy this for my client kit however i have paid more for highlight and i would pay this for the highlight alone. They both have a really nice pan size of product so for the price i do think its worth it.

Hope you liked day 63 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 64

Benefit High Beam- Review

Be true to work, your word and your friend.

Hello friends

Welcome to day 53 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about high lighters, This is one that a lot of people really like and has a lot of hype behind the product. This is a high end product, it  is sold in a 'drugstore' however it is high end price. I got the product for my birthday in may so iv had a lot of time to find my thoughts about the product and i wanted to share my thoughts with you.

To let you know i have the travel size not only because i travel quite a bit but the travel size (4ml) is only £5 where is the large full size bottle (15ml) is £19.50 but i only wanted to try the product. If you want to try any of Benefits products i would suggest getting the sample size to try it out especially because the full size product is really expensive if you don't like the product.

This was the first liquid high light i had ever tried so it actually took me a few times to get it right and especially because in my makeup routine highlight comes last even after powder which obviously you shouldn't put a liquid product on the face after a powder product.

So after changing the order i do makeup using the product was really easy and i actually really liked the product but i actually have learned i am not actually into liquid highlight i defiantly like powdered highlight more.

This highlight is super pigmented but is more on the pink side. The pigmentation of the product is very high however i think it can be very natural depending on how much you apply. This can defiantly be more dramatic but you have got to work hard for the most dramatic look.

I like how the product for a everyday highlight just because i'm the first to admit i never go natural with powder highlight i am very heavy handed. I like how it can be applied with a brush however i think you can be very heavy handed with the brush.

I don't think i would get the full size for how much i use this product.

Hope you liked day 54 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 55.

Makeup Revolution Highlight Palette- Review

The future depends on what you do in the present.

Hello beautiful

Welcome to day 28 of 1OO Days Of Products

Today we are talking about my favourite brand... Makeup Revolution. This is probably one their most know products.. highlighter.

Makeup Revolution Highlight Palette

The palette consists of Peach Lights, Pink Lights and Golden Lights. All these are so pretty and so popular all the highlights individually are so hard to get a hold of and are so popular. Everyone loves these highlights, but i got them all in the palette because not only is it cheaper then getting all of the highlights individually but i thought it would be easier to get a hold of. Oh was i wrong. i had to go Superdrug a few times trying to get this palette.

Be sure if your looking for this palette to get the highlight palette not the radiance palette as they look very similar in packaging (iv made that mistake)

This palette consists of a white/ golden highlight which is Golden Lights, a pink highlight which is actually more of a peach which is Peach Lights and a purple highlight which is Pink Lights.

The texture of the highlights is very powdery and i don't like using this product with the fan brush i use which is the Real Techniques fan but i think thicker fan brushes like Spectrum CO1 or a  brush
like Sigma F35 Tapered Highlighter Brush is a really nice to apply i use a fluffy eyeshadow brush.

The mirror isn't clear however that may just be mine, other mirrors may be different.

I do really like these highlighters every time i wear any of these highlights i get so many complements from people asking what my highlight is to people asking what my foundation is wanting to know what is making me glow.

This is a beautiful highlights, that can take you from day natural sun hit glow or a obnoxious glow.

Hope you liked day 28 of 100 Days Of Products.  If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 29!

MUA Bronze and sculpt Contour Kit- Review

Efforts and courage are not enough without purpose and direction

Hello friends

welcome to day 24 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about one of the cheapest products that will come around on 100 Days Of Products. For both the contour and highlight its £5.

MUA LUXE is a apart of the brand MUA which is exclusive to Superdrug store and online. All of the MUA makeup is so affordable with nothing being over £8.

This is a highlight and bronze duo. iv got the shade light/ medium

I really like the packaging of the product, I only wish that they had a bigger mirror. I would also like a mirror on the contour part however, its okay as it is.

starting off with the contour shade, its got a warmer undertone which means if your fair like me you only need a really light hand you don't need a lot of product. The product itself is really pigmented and isn't patchy however it doesn't wear long on the skin unless primer is worn.

The highlight is a really nice pink champagne colour, after getting past the first layer of product you will need to work a little to get the product to get the best pigment. I wouldn't use this product with a fan brush because it just doesn't pick up a lot of products I would use a pencil brush or a setting brush by Real Techniques

Over all for the price I really like the product, its a really nice drugstore product and this is one of the first MUA LUXE products iv tried and I would really recommend the product however if your fair as iv said you only need a really light hand. if your deeper skin tone then I'm not sure of the shade range however I know MUA do run quite dark in the shades in foundation and concealers however I'm not sure about products like bronzers

Hope you liked day 24 of 100 Days Of Products.  If you want me to review anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 25!

W7 The Cheeky Trio palette- Review

Sometimes the smallest things that take up the most room in your heart

hello friends

welcome to day 20 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about W7 The Cheeky Trio palette. which has a blush in the shade '5th avenue', matte highlight in the shade 'hot stuff' and a contour shade in the shade 'dream machine'.
The palette is a over all face palette, with the blush, highlight and bronzer. I think this product is best for medium to light skin tones, the highlight isn't grate for fair skin and I think the bronzer may be too grey undertone for darker skin.

Everything in the palette is so pigmented and smooth. The worst thing about the palette is the smell, its a very chemical smell and the only other bad thing about the palette is how powdery the bronzer is.
The matte highlight is just a powder for me its the same colour as my setting powder so that's something to consider if your as fair as I am.
The blush is a really nice colour, almost like an over pigmented 'blush baby' by MAC which is really nice dupe. However this is a super nice colour for summer.
Finally the bronzer is really nice and you only need a light hand because its super pigmented. It has a slight grey undertone making it really nice for fair skin.
Overall I really like this palette and on the w7 website, its priced at £10 however I bought mine from a store for £6

Hope you liked day 20 of 100 Days Of Products. Only 80 days left. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 21!

Technic Get Gorgeous Highlight- Review

Don't let anyone dim your glow
Hey friends

Day 6 of 100 Days Of Products, today we are going to be talking about drugstore highlight!

Today we are going to be talking about a brand iv never really explored before its a brand called Technic. Today i wanted to talk to you about this highlight, iv never been one for highlighting my face but i wanted to experiment a little and this is the product i chose to have a play with
.

This is such a nice highlight for playing around and experimenting with makeup i think i got this for £2 and for how much i use and how much i use it on clients its worth the money and its a bargain.

this is a white  highlight, that is super nice for everyday makeup and can be built up to create the obnoxious highlight that you desire, you only need a light hand with this because its so pigmented

this is not only a really nice highlight for the cheek bones but for body makeup and for a inner corner highlight.

the only issue iv got with this highlight is its quite chalky and just sits on my skin however I think its because iv got really dry skin, so oily to normal skin this will look so nice on you.

Hope you liked day 6 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 7!
