Collection Lasting Perfection- Review

I have insecurities of course, but i don't hang out with people who point them out to me
Hey Friends

Welcome to day 57 of 100 Days Of Products

Today i'm going to be telling you about a product that didn't work out for me which i don't tend to talk about too much on the blog just because i don't like to hate on products or brands so i don't like to like talk about bad products but today i wanted to tell you about this foundation

I first picked this up because i love the Lasting Perfection concealer i wanted to try the foundation hoping that it would be close to the concealer which i don't think it is.

This is quite annoying that the lighest shade of foundation isnt light enough for me but it doesnt run very deep in shade so it is very annoying that it stays in the 'tan' range and not in the fair or deep

As the formula goes its actually really nice and it lasts nicely thought the day without a primer.

Even though the shade is 'porcelain' its defiantly not but with the packaging it actually looks really nice. I think that it looks very classy for a drug store foundation.

The foundation is very nice to apply, i do think its quite think as a formula. I think it settles into open pores, if you don't use a pore filling primer i think this could be a problem if your pores are large or you have lots of them like me.

Hope you liked day 57 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 58.

W7 Up In Smoke Eyeshadow Palette- Review

If you can dream it you can do it
 Hey Friends

Welcome to day 56 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about a eyeshadow palette. This is a eyeshadow palette i think is really nice for a smokey eye and i think if you want one palette that will take you from day to night then this is the palette you need.

This is a really nice palette for any time of day. I have most of the W7 eyeshadow palettes and this is probably one that i don't reach for too much but i do really like the palette.

It has 6 lighter shades and 6 darker shades. I like using this palette for the lighter colours rather than the darker colours. The darker colours are really nice but they are more common colours like matte black, shimmer black, dark grey. Most palettes have these colours so i feel like these colours can be lived without.

The matte shades are not as pigmented as the shimmer shades i really do like the shimmer shades especially with MAC Fix+

The packaging on this palette isn't as nice as the other W7 palettes. This one does have a mirror however you really cant see anything in this mirror so that needs to be changed, or just take the mirror out.

Over all should you get this palette? probably not just get the other W7 palettes they sum up this one with a lot better colours.

Hope you liked day 56 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 57.

Ebay Concealer Palette and Brush -Review

Every child is a artist, the problem is staying a artist when you grow up

Hello Friends

Welcome to day 55 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about about another Ebay product. I got this as a Christmas present from my brother, i then went back to get another one for my makeup kit. I use this everyday and i really like this product and the brush that comes with it.

The brush is a Real Technics dupe and i really like the brush. The brush is super soft and really nice to hold. I use this brush almost everyday and i normally choose this brush over the sculpting brush by Real Technics.

This is a cream concealer palette. It has 12 skin colour concealers, 2 colour correcting concealers and one cream highlight shade. I use the darker shades for contouring and the first 2 colours for my concealer shade and for my under eye high light shade.

I really like this palette, the palette has plastic case. This no matter how flimsy the packaging may seem it hasn't cracked once and as i say a lot i travel quite a bit and i have to pack my makeup a lot so having a really sturdy case to stop my makeup from breaking.

I don't like the highlight shade in the palette. It has big bits of glitter which is something i don't like in my highlights i think it can look really pretty but its not something i would ever use.

I recommend this to friends and family but for the price of £4 i think this is super affordable.

Hope you liked day 55 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 56.

Benefit High Beam- Review

Be true to work, your word and your friend.

Hello friends

Welcome to day 53 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about high lighters, This is one that a lot of people really like and has a lot of hype behind the product. This is a high end product, it  is sold in a 'drugstore' however it is high end price. I got the product for my birthday in may so iv had a lot of time to find my thoughts about the product and i wanted to share my thoughts with you.

To let you know i have the travel size not only because i travel quite a bit but the travel size (4ml) is only £5 where is the large full size bottle (15ml) is £19.50 but i only wanted to try the product. If you want to try any of Benefits products i would suggest getting the sample size to try it out especially because the full size product is really expensive if you don't like the product.

This was the first liquid high light i had ever tried so it actually took me a few times to get it right and especially because in my makeup routine highlight comes last even after powder which obviously you shouldn't put a liquid product on the face after a powder product.

So after changing the order i do makeup using the product was really easy and i actually really liked the product but i actually have learned i am not actually into liquid highlight i defiantly like powdered highlight more.

This highlight is super pigmented but is more on the pink side. The pigmentation of the product is very high however i think it can be very natural depending on how much you apply. This can defiantly be more dramatic but you have got to work hard for the most dramatic look.

I like how the product for a everyday highlight just because i'm the first to admit i never go natural with powder highlight i am very heavy handed. I like how it can be applied with a brush however i think you can be very heavy handed with the brush.

I don't think i would get the full size for how much i use this product.

Hope you liked day 54 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 55.

Colourless Hair Colour Remover -Review

I have all the makeup I could possibly need. Said no makeup artist ever
Hey Beautiful

Welcome to day 53 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about a product that i have used a lot. This was the first time i had used this brand of product. I actually really enjoyed this product and it did a really good job of removing colour.

Colourless
Hair Colour Remover

I bought 2 boxes of this hair stripper (It wasn't enough for my thick hair) I actually really like this as a hair stripper.

This product, as the name suggests removes unwanted hair colour. Now i don't usually recommend this kind of product just because it does damage the hair and  i would just recommend for the client to grow the colour out without using this but if you are going to be using a hair stripper i would recommend this one.

It got all my unwanted hair colour out and it actually didn't damage my hair too bad i have used worse hair strippers that only get lighter colours out of my hair whilst this got permanent and semi permanent colours out of my hair completely.

If you have ever used a hair stripper you would know most have a stench of rotten eggs not only will it make your hair smell like it but every room you walk in after its been put on your hair and your towel will smell after but with the 'improved sent' on this it honestly doesn't smell at all which is amazing and i love it so much because of that just because i hate with normal strippers make my towels feel bad and makes them smell so bad i have to wash them on their own.

I use this before bleaching my hair to a white so i can go lilac (if you have seen my Instagram you will know my hair is lilac..)

As i said before it removed darker colours from my hair, they also removed lighter colours so well. It also had toned down the blonde that was under my hair colour which i didn't mind but with it removing purple that was on top of green but it did make my hair show up more green.

Collection Eyebrow Definer- Review

I do put on a little makeup every day because it helps me feel put together. Mascara is essential- Emma Stone

Hey Friends

Welcome to day 52 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are going to be talking about a product i first bought when i first started using makeup when i was 12. I have bought other products like this since then but non i like more. I have bought many a product from the brand Collection and to be honest i like most of them but this is one of my go to products. i use this everyday. I was first introduced to the product and the brand by my Stepmum who has been using this for years, so it must be a good product.

Collection Eyebrow Definer

I first want to point out that i don't actually use this as a eyebrow pencil. The first reason being that i don't have black eyebrows, naturally before tinting my brows are brown/ ginger. The second reason being that its the perfect consistency for a eyeliner and it stays put really well.

As a eyebrow pencil in the right colour its good and stays put all day but its quite thick so if you don't like the thick consistency i wouldn't recommend this as a brow product but as a eyeliner its perfect.

I found it really easy to use use this product not only for lining my tight line but my water line but doing a winged eyeliner or for a straight line across my lid. Its fine tip makes it so easy to do a winged line.

Its a really smooth consistency and super pigmented. I have tried many eyeliners as i do use them everyday. I have used gel, I have used led pencils, powder. I have used everything you can imagine to get jet black eyeliner that lasts all day and stays just as pigmented as when i applied it in the morning.  When i apply makeup those are to 2 quality i look for the most. pigmentation and how long its going to last.

The liner has a fine pointed tip making it really easy to apply.

One thing i really like is that you haven't got to sharpen this pencil, its a twist top. That makes it better to travel with because i haven't got to worry about sharpening it or bringing a sharpener with me when i go away.

Hope you liked day 52 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 53.

Technic Nail Varnish- Review

On a bad day, we always have lipstick.

Hey Friends

Welcome to day 51 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about a nail polish. This is a really nice nail polish that i use so much. Its a really affordable nail varnish and a perfect gift. This varnish came from a gift set i got  for Christmas.  This is one of my favourite nail polishes its a really natural brown nude

This varnish came in a set, i got for Christmas last year. iv only been using this varnish for a couple of months but i really really love this colour and the formula.

The formula is really smooth and the pigment isn't grate but with 2 coats its super pigmented. All the Technic nail varnish's have the same texture and formula however some are more pigmented than others but second coats of any varnish gives a lot of pigment.

The varnish packaging is really cute and small making it super nice to travel with and with the small handle it makes it really easy to apply a even coat. Also because the bottle is so small the way i see it i can have more bottles because they don't take up a lot room.

The polish itself can be worn for 3-4 days without getting chipped and with a top coat it lasts longer.

It doesn't make my nails weak or damage them at all which is always a plus my nails are very weak and get damaged easily and it makes them feel nice and healthy and makes me want to paint my nails rather than it being something else i need to do before i go to bed.

The only thing i don't like it that they don't have names or a number to get them individually.

All the polishes that Techinc do have a really nice colour range.

Urban Decay Pore Perfecting Primer- Review

The nicest people iv ever met were covered in tattoos and piercings the most judgemental people iv met go to church every Sunday

Hi Friends

Welcome to day 50 of 100 Days Of Products

I cant believe it, half way through 100 Days Of Products. Already! Its been hard and at times straining but iv really enjoyed writing it and hopefully this will be the start of me posting more things on the blog, not just beauty but lifestyle too.

Today we have a high end product. I bought this product using my student discount from the Urban Decay website. I have mixed opinions on this product today i will be telling you those opinions and if i think it is worth the money.

The first thing i really liked about the product is the packaging. The product and a free sample of the Original Primer Potion which iv done a review on but the product came within a week after a few days, in a really cute purple packaging.

The product itself the packaging is really cute and smart and easy to store and travel with.

The product is really nice for filling in any pores on the face however the product as a primer doesn't keep my makeup on any longer and it makes any product on my face go patchy which isn't so noticeable far away but up close it is very visible .

I have used a lot of primers that are better than this one and at a much cheaper price. A good one and a dupe for the Benefit Pore Fessional is the Maybelline Baby skin Primer and that's such a really nice primer i would it recommend it over this one. Its just heavier on the skin

The primer feels weightless on the skin and it doesn't feel thick and chunky when applying  the primer. To ensure it wasn't just the foundation that didn't sit well on the top of the primer i used 4 different foundation by 3 different brands and its happened to all of my foundations. It may work on a Urban Decay foundation however i don't own any of the foundations.

Is it worth £19? no. It fills in pores so they look invisible and makes me look so much younger. I have used this on older clients (mature skin is 25+) and it makes them look 20 years younger but is it worth the price if it doesn't prime and makes pores go away if it makes your makeup patchy after a few hours? That's for you to decide.

BarryM Lip Liner- Review

Love is fearless

Hello friends

Welcome to day 49 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are going to be talking about a product i use on almost a daily basis. I use it with the NYX Matte Lip Creams in the shade 'London' and the NYX Liquid Suede in the shade 'Sandstorm'. I actually like using this lip liner on its own with and without a clear gloss. This is from a brand iv mentioned before on the blog and that's BarryM iv said before how much i love the brand and the different range of products they have. This is the first lip product iv brought from BarryM and to be honest i bought it after Zoella recommended it in a video and i am over the moon with it.

The pencil is very loved and used well thats why it does like its been used a lot, because it has.

The colour is perfect! this is a nice blush/ pinky nude  colour which is perfect for a everyday look.

The texture of the pencil is so nice its not drying on the lips like the MAC liners. It gives a perfect base and stops the lip colour from fading and when it does fade it gives a beautiful tint to the lips.

Im sorry for the slightly blurry picture its very zoomed in and cropped.

The colour as iv said is perfect for brown nudes to give a lighter feel to the colour. Also gives a darker look to the more pink nudes.

I think its a summer to fall must have! I use it every day and i don't think i would wear a lot of my lip colours in confidence without this liner, its brought a new life to all my lipsticks i wear with it.

For the price of the product i would happily get more of these, i want to go get another shade 'Toast 16' because i like the formula so much. The product itself is £2.99 and iv bought more expensive lip liners, and this does feel better than some higher end lip liners

Hope you liked day 49 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 50!

W7 In The City Palette- Review

Life is something you choose to make better

Hey Friends

Welcome to day 48 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about a eyeshadow palette that is a must have for anyone who loves makeup. This palette i use on almost a daily bases it is the perfect palette for crease colours and highlights. All the colours are matte and it creates some really beautiful shades.

The packaging is so nice. i really like the tin packaging its super compacted and its super easy to travel with and because of the tin i don't need to worry about any of my shadows smashing.

The colours in the palette are all matte and range from a pink nude to a light browns.

The shadows are not prone to creasing and they stay really pigmented all day.

The colours are so nice and its nice to have a all matte palette.

The shadows do produce a lot of fall out however if you tap off your brush to get rid of any excess then that isn't a issue

I would say the most used shadows for me are 'Touch' and 'Autumn' and if i'm going for a smokey look then i use 'Andrea'

NYX Liquid Suede- Review

If its important to you, you'll find a way if not then you'll find an excuse

Hey beautiful

Welcome to day 47 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about another NYX product. I think its safe to say that NYX is my favorate brand for lip products. NYX has a big space on my blog, i review them a lot and each time i do i love the product.

I have mixed feelings about this product but i know what i like and don't like about the product.

To start i have to say i will only wear this with a lip liner, i like to use the Primark lip liner in the shade 'nude' or a alternative option is BarryM lip liner in the shade '17'

I wouldn't wear the product without a lip liner because i feel like it moves around on the lip and it didn't dry. Using the product with a liner makes the product last a lot longer and makes it feel more matte on the lips.

The product isn't drying at all on the lips, its so comfortable to wear and this shade is such a beautiful brown nude, its perfect for everyday.

I really like the big applicator, it makes it so easy to apply the product.

The entire collection is super fun and colourful. There isn't a lot of nude shades, but lots of fun shades.

The product is very long lasting and the pigment lasts so it doesn't fade throughout the day, it also lasts when eating and drinking.

Its not transfer proof  or kiss proof but it doesn't show on the lips so you don't need to reapply throughout the day.

Hope you liked day 47 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 48!

Crazy Color Hair Dye- Review

Forget what hurt you but never forget what taught you

Hello friends

Welcome to day 46 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are going to be talking about a hair product. Over the last few weeks if you haven't seen on my Instagram, iv been trying to change my hair colour and get it to a place that i am happy with my hair. This is a product that was my first choice to dye my hair i'm always looking to try new hair products and this didn't meet my exceptions.

In the shade 'Lilac'

I went to Sallys to get the product, as it was a last minuet, i needed more bleach and i went with a hairdresser of 22 years so i wanted to make sure that i picked up the right product and that it will go the shade that i wanted. However if you want to get the product online the Crazy Color website, i really like the website. You can select your skin tone and hair length and you can see the colour on the animated person with your skin tone i think that is a really good and cool thing to have, especially if your like me and don't know what colour you want to go.

I bought 3 bottles of the colour to make sure i had enough to cover my all my hair. I think that is something you need to keep in mind with getting any hair product. Thickness and length are massively important.

I was actually really disappointed  with the pigmentation of the product. I had read nothing but good review about the product but i found that it was just not a amazing product it may be because my hair is super thick and has a very red undertone.

The colour was true to its name it did have a tint of silver that i really liked but where my hair was thinner at the ends the colour clung to the hair making it a really beautiful pastel colour but it didn't take to the root of the hair.

NYX White Liquid Eyeliner- Review

Your only given a little spark of madness. You mustn't  loose it-  Robin Williams

Hello Friends

Welcome to day 45 of 100 Days Of Products

Today I'm going to be telling you about something new. A white eyeliner. I use this for body art and I'm trying to experiment on using this for eyeliner in a everyday look.

I bought this for a makeup look for college, i haven't got a picture to show you this in action however trust me when i say its pigmented!

I have never experimented with white makeup bar body paint and even then it never really showed up as white as i would like but this is so pigmented it shows up over black liner underneath.

The eyeliner instead of a fine point tip it has a brush which can make it harder to apply if hairs started to separate.

I really like the packaging of the product the white packaging really stands out in my eyeliner collection. Its also just really pleasing to me to see a sleek white product in a collection where most to all packaging is black.

The brush actually gets a lot of product so you don't need to keep going back and forth to get more products.

Its a really nice size too, making it super nice to travel with from holidays to body art kit. Its also a really nice weight its super light making it perfect for hand luggage.

Hope you liked day 45 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 46!

W7 In The Nude Eyeshadow Palette

No matter how talented you are, not everyone is going to like you. But that's life. Stay strong- Justin Bieber

Hey Friends

Welcome to day 44 of 100 Days Of Makeup

Today we are going to be talking about another W7 eyeshadow palette. This was given to me as a present from my parents last Christmas so iv had a while to develop my thoughts

This is a dupe for the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette, I haven't got the Naked 3 however I do know people who do and we have I have compared them both and the difference is impeccable.

The palette is a very pink so most to all of the shades have a pink undertone, even the shimmer/ more sheer colours have a pink tone.

In this palette there is 9 shimmers and 3 matte shades. I do have to say the best of the shades are the lightest I think they are the prettiest of all the shadows.

All the darker shades are very pigmented but the lighter of the shadows are very sheer with a slight pigment of colour.

The darker shades are beautiful for a dark pink/ purple smoky eye.

The shades 'Angle', 'Venice' and 'Coffee Cup' are my favourites they are so pigmented and beautiful.

This palette is so beautiful, perfect for everyone from beginner to professional.

The quality of the palette is very high. It feels secure so I can travel and feel confident my shadows wont smash in this tip case.

Makeup Revolution All Day and All Night makeup pencil- Review

For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone- Audrey Hepburn

Hello Friends

Welcome to day 43 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are going to be talking about my favortate drugstore brand. Makeup Revolution. I bought this a few months ago for a project and  I thought I would tell you about it.

This is a really creamy and pigmented eyeliner. Its a really nice base for a eyeshadow.

I created this look from using this pencil and the shadows iv already don't  post on I will link that post Here

I used the eyeliner pencil on the waterline and all over the lid. It was the perfect base for the colours making the pigment really stand out.

Its a really nice pencil with a smooth sharp tip its also so nice for doing a funky colour winged eyeliner. Its not grate in my waterline just because I have really watery eyes however using this on clients who have dryer eyes it works really well for a pop of colour.

That is something to keep in mind if you want this product but you have watery eyes its better for a winged liner or for a cream shadow. For a cream product it can be blended out into other shadows really nicely and effortlessly.

Its not a matte product, it has a really beautiful metallic look to the product. I also like how easy it is to get the pigment out of the product some eye pencils need a lot of pressure to get the best pigment however this you get the best amount of pigment with minimal pressure.

For £1.49 its better then a lot of makeup pencils iv bought for almost twice the price.

Hope you liked day 43 of 100 Days Of Products. If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 44!

False Lashes Extreame Black MAC Mascara- Review

People say nothings impossible, but i do nothing everyday- Winnie the poo

Hey Friends

Welcome to day 42 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are talking about another MAC product, this is something I use on more dramatic days I really love this product.

I have the sample size as I bought something from the MAC website and I got this as a free sample.

This is a really dramatic mascara and its really nice and for everyday but can be built up to have a really dramatic and pretty look.

This mascara is really buildable for a really dramatic look. Its not so much of a natural mascara for a 'I'm not wearing makeup look'.

It doesn't flake or on the upper or lower lashes. The mascara gives a lot of volume and can hold a really nice strong curl that lasts all day.

The mascara does make your lashes stick together and so if you don't like that look I wouldn't recommend this mascara.

This is my eyes with and without the mascara both only curled.

It gives a good amount of length to the lashes so if that is something you look for in mascara then this is really nice for length especially for lower lashes that's where I see the most difference.

The mascara is really nice for a night out but is it worth £19? no not for night out mascara.

NYX Proof It Eyeshadow Primer- Review

Beauty isn't in the face; beauty is the light in the heart- Kahlil Gibran

Hello Friends

Welcome to day 41 of 100 Days Of Products

Today we are going to be talking about another NYX product, you guys know NYX is one of my favourite brands for lip products however iv never tried any of NYX eye products so that's why I'm doing today.

This was one of the first products I had tried from NYX and iv had it long enough to know my thoughts and wanted to let you guys know if this really works.

The Proof It eyeshadow primer is really nice in coverage in the sense that it has a nice pigment for natural days and when you don't want a shiny lid.

Its also a really nice for a base for shadows.

For a primer its not the best primer iv ever used, however for a waterproof eyeshadow primer its amazing. I have really watery eyes that run a lot so finding a primer that is going to protect my shadows from my constant running eyes this is really important to me.

The product does keep my eye makeup vibrant and keeps the colour however it does crease throughout the day.

It will keep the colour of your makeup really well and it does last for about 6 hours however after this time mark it does loose the colour.

Is it worth it? It is. Especially for someone with watery eyes. Its not bad its not really high-quality however if you are only wearing it for a dinner party or something its really nice for keeping the pigment of your eyeshadow.

Ebay Makeup Brush Cleaner- Review

Don't feel stupid if you don't like what everyone else pretends to love - Emma Watson

Hey beautiful

Welcome to day 40 of 100 Days Of Products

Today I'm going to show you what I use to wash my makeup brushes when I'm doing a deep cleansing of all my brushes.

 Ebay Cleansing Brush Egg

The brush egg is used with shampoo to do a deep clean and I really like using the product to clean not only on my own brushes but on my client brushes.

This is a really nice product with the top of the egg having little bobbles to use on the smaller brushes to get a deep clean and getting all the excess product. The lines on the lower half of the brush is for larger brushes.

The egg slots nicely on 2 fingers.

The brush egg is really nice for powder brushes and smaller brushes however for foundation brushes its not grate you do get more product out of the brush using your hands.

However with the smaller brushes it does work really well and if your like me and have really sensitive hands and or don't like how your brushes stain this gets all product out of my brushes the only brushes that still come out stained is the brushes I use with cream products so cream contour, foundation ect.

The only thing if you wear it too long on your fingers it may leave a mark around your fingers.

Its a cute little accessory to have and is good to have however if you don't want it I don't think its a must have.

Hope you liked day 40 of 100 Days Of Products. Almost half way there!  If you want me to review  anything leave a comment or tweet me @p_a_pblog and to be the first to see what iv gotten up to follow my Instagram. See you tomorrow with day 41!
